This site provides a single location to manage tasks, issues, and documents for customers, partners and consultants. We will custom configure a private extranet portal for each client that includes various web applications to facilitate communications between the client and our consultants and partners. We also provide planning, implementation and support services to clients that wish to implement SharePoint within their organizations.
Software Solutions
Abinko provides technical consulting services to independent software vendors and for clients directly. Currently the development group is focused on building collaborative portals and commerce solutions using Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Commerce Server, 2007, and SQL 2005.
E-Commerce
The New Ecommerce Website template helps a team manage the launching a new e-commerce website or adding e-commerce capabilities to an existing website. The site provides a single location to manage tasks, issues, and documents for all web development processes, enabling end users to view relevant information and providing project managers insight across the entire project.
Web Application
The IT Team Workspace helps teams manage the development, deployment and support of software projects. The application allows users to update information on projects, tasks, issues, milestones and bugs. It also includes help desk functionality, making it easy for team members to guide service requests from initiation to resolution. Role based dashboards provide relevant information to team members, such as unassigned tasks and performance history.
Help Desk
Abinko provides level 2 and level 3 support services to independent software vendors (ISV). The Help Desk application helps our staff manage the process of handling service requests. Team members use the application to identify a service request, manage identification of the root cause and track solution status.
Network Solutions
We work with clients to design and build cost effective network solutions for small and medium sized businesses. Abinko engineers design, implement, monitor and support LAN/WAN, server systems, messaging and wireless systems for a variety of industries.
Technology Outsourcing
Abinko provides system engineering and system administration services directly and through technology companies. Abinko maintains a test lab with typical hardware and software found in small businesses and also emerging technologies. This allows Abinko to provide cost effective solutions today that do not compromise the ability to take advantage of future technologies.
Knowledge Base
Abinko maintains a web based network infrastructure knowledge base to manage the information that is resident within the consulting staff. The application enables team members to upload existing documents or create new ones using web-based content creation tools. Items are tagged with relevant identifying information so that others can more easily find the documents and learn from the collective knowledge. The application can be utilized in a ‘top down’ approach, where a centralized knowledge department ‘pushes down’ relevant content to the rest of the business or a ‘bottom up’ approach, where knowledge is captured and shared by all users as a normal part of doing business.
